Washington, DC – The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) released the following statement today as votes are still being counted in the Pennsylvania Attorney General race and all parties await an authoritative declaration by election officials.

Statement from Sean Rankin, President of the Democratic Attorneys General Association:

“There are still hundreds of thousands of votes that have yet to be counted in the Pennsylvania Attorney General race. While we are feeling confident that Eugene DePasquale will emerge victorious, this race is too close to call and we must allow the process to continue without interference.”
