Washington, DC — The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) released the following statement after the Arkansas Attorney General race results where Republican Tim Griffin defeated Democrat Jesse Gibson.

Unfortunately, today’s results weren’t on the side of Democratic Attorney General nominee Jesse Gibson, but we are proud of the campaign he ran. For more than 20 years, Gibson has fought to protect the people of Arkansas, and we know he will continue to do so. As the founder of Gibson Law Firm, he has fought tooth and nail against corporations that want to take advantage of Arkansans and has advocated for those who have suffered immense loss and faced hardships.
