Adriana Guzmán Fralick Won’t Protect Nevadans

September 18, 2026

WASHINGTON, DC – Adriana Guzmán Fralick is the Republican nominee for attorney general in Nevada running against Democratic nominee Nicole Cannizzaro. Guzmán Fralick is an inexperienced MAGA loyalist who will be a rubber stamp for Trump’s agenda causing more harm to the state.

Here’s how Guzmán Fralick is unfit for the job:

  1. Guzmán Fralick has never prosecuted a criminal case and her only previous experience with elections was her failed run for a seat on the Nevada State Board of Education
  2. Guzmán Fralick has a long record of opposing the Affordable Care Act (ACA) – including previously supporting a plan to challenge the healthcare coverage program even though ending the ACA  would rip away healthcare benefits from hundreds of thousands of Nevadans
  3. She is an extension of the Trump-Lombardo agenda, stating that she believes Trump is doing a “really good job” despite rising gas prices, grocery prices, and healthcare costs
  4. When asked about her stance on data center expansions, Guzmán Fralick said Nevadans must “go with it” and “roll with the punches” despite the centers’ significant impact on Nevada’s water supply and the rising cost of electricity rates

The Nevada AG office is clearly no place for Guzmán Fralick. Her MAGA-aligned platform will create serious harm for Nevadans and their communities.
