“Tonight, President Biden outlined the historic progress his administration has made since taking office and laid out a clear vision for our country moving forward. Under his leadership, we’ve seen what we can accomplish by putting people over politics, progress over chaos, and unity over division. We applaud his State of the Union address and are proud to work alongside his administration to tackle so many of the issues he spoke about tonight.

“As Democratic Attorneys General, our offices have played a critical role in working with the Biden-Harris Administration on everything from protecting access to abortion, combating the fentanyl crisis, lowering prescription drug and health care costs, closing ghost gun loopholes, and much more. Now, it’s time to finish the job and re-elect President Biden and Vice President Harris this November to continue to build on the progress we’ve made, protect our democracy, and deliver wins for the American people in the years ahead.”
