“We are thrilled at the unanimous confirmation of Michelle Henry to serve as Pennsylvania’s Attorney General and continue the strong work of Governor Josh Shapiro. She was the first woman to ever serve as First Deputy in the Office of Attorney General, and she oversaw all legal, criminal and civil matters for the OAG and brings years of experience to the office. As AG, she will continue to hold the powerful accountable and keep Pennsylvanians safe.”
