Washington, DC — Earlier today, Indiana AG Todd Rokita announced he “is threatening criminal charges against the doctor who performed an abortion on a 10-year-old rape survivor from Ohio,” reports POLITICO. This is following the news that the child was forced to travel to Indiana for an abortion after Ohio AG Dave Yost filed to enforce the state’s six-week abortion ban following the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
