Washington, DC – The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) released the following statement after the final results of the Pennsylvania Attorney General race where far-right Republican Dave Sunday won the election, defeating Democrat Eugene DePasquale. 

Statement from Sean Rankin, President of Democratic Attorneys General Association: 

“We want to thank Eugene DePasquale and his team for running a strong campaign. While today’s results were not what we had hoped, we are proud of the campaign he ran. DePasquale has always fought to do the right thing, and as the former Auditor General, he transformed the state in many ways. He’s always put Pennyslvanians first, and we have no doubt he will continue to fight for them.”
