Democratic AG candidate Chris Mann will face disgraced GOP AG Kris Kobach
WASHINGTON, DC – The race for Attorney General is set in Kansas between Democratic AG candidate Chris Mann against corrupt Republican extremist Kris Kobach. Kobach is becoming increasingly more unpopular in the state, struggling both on the campaign trail and in garnering fundraising support. Mann more than doubled Kobach’s second quarter fundraising numbers, sending a strong message from Kansans who are ready for real change.
Statement from Lottie Ash, DAGA Political Director:
“Kris Kobach is more interested in lining his pockets and looking to advance his own name than protecting the people of Kansas. From botching cases that failed to protect victims of crime to pushing the effort to overturn the will of the voters on abortion Kobach has proven he is unfit to be Kansas AG. Meanwhile, Chris Mann is an experienced and accomplished prosecutor and former police officer who has spent his career protecting Kansas communities. Mann is the leader the state needs. As a critical pick-up opportunity this cycle, DAGA is committed to flipping the seat and helping to elect Chris Mann.”
