Washington, DC — The GOP candidate for Pennsylvania Attorney General, Dave Sunday, is still dodging the question on his stance on abortion access. In his interview with ABC27, Sunday weakly claims his opinion on abortion won’t be a big part of the job when in reality it’s quite the opposite. And voters, the majority of whom support abortion access, deserve answers.

“Attorneys General play a major role in abortion access—from the Democratic AGs protecting access to the far-right Republican AGs attacking it. Pennsylvania voters deserve to know where their AG candidate stands on such an important issue, and Dave Sunday continues to dodge the question. Sunday isn’t equipped to be the leader Pennsylvanians need and will fall short of standing up for the rights and freedoms of his constituents.”
