Dem AG candidates are primed to win and flip seats from red to blue

WASHINGTON, DC – Democratic AGs and candidates are walking towards a clear path to victory across eight battleground states as outlined in the newly released state of the race memo.

As NOTUS reported in their daily newsletter, the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) “is poised to capitalize on the outsize attention attorneys general have seen in the lawsuit-heavy Trump 2.0. DAGA has raised $20.3 million since Jan. 1, a total that is close to double what it raised in the 2022 cycle. The memo points to internal polling the association says shows Democrats can ‘flip 2-3 seats from red to blue’ in November.”

The stakes of this election cycle are higher than ever, and Democratic AGs and candidates are ready to defend existing Democratic seats while also expanding the map to induct more states into Democratic Attorney General leadership.
