WASHINGTON, D.C.— Today, DAGA People’s Lawyer Project, an independent organization backed by the Democratic Attorneys General Association, released a new 30-second TV ad titled: “Strip Away.”

The ad highlights Todd Rokita’s dangerous record on health care including his countless votes as a member of Congress to strip away health care protections for Hoosiers with pre-existing conditions provided under the Affordable Care Act. The ad also hits Rokita for his support for charging older Americans more for health care. The ad closes with Rokita’s promise to use taxpayer dollars to support the ACA repeal lawsuit that would rip away health care from millions of Hoosiers.
