Americans’ voting rights and the integrity of U.S. elections are under attack. In partnership with Secretaries of State and local election officials, Democratic AGs have been on the frontlines protecting our vote and our access to the ballot, taking on voter suppression and misinformation, defending mail-in voting, and stopping extremist politicians and partisans from overturning millions of lawfully cast ballots in the 2020 presidential election.

Did you know that Democratic AGs saved the 2020 presidential election? Watch our new mini-documentary, “In Defense of the Vote,” featuring Attorneys General Aaron D. Ford (NV), Dana Nessel (MI), Josh Kaul (WI), and Bob Ferguson (WA) and see for yourself just how important this down-ballot office is to protecting future elections in the United States of America.

Unfortunately, Republican Attorneys General have become embroiled in conspiracy theories and lies, with their official political committee — the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) — directly involved in driving supporters to march on the Capitol on January 6th.

Listen to the robocall sent out by RAGA’s policy arm, driving supporters to march on the U.S. Capitol on January 6th:

This attack led to five law enforcement officers losing their lives in the days following it, and more than 150 police officers injured. RAGA and the individual Republican AGs involved have yet to be held fully accountable.
