Washington, DC — Earlier this week, the Montana Free Press reported that Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen “blocked a ballot proposal seeking to create a constitutional right to abortion.”

Statement from Emily Trifone, DAGA’s Deputy Communications Director:

“Austin Knudsen knows that when abortion is on the ballot, it wins. The time of playing politics with this office needs to end. His seat is in play this year and we’re going to flip it.”
