DAGA shatters Q2 fundraising records & polling numbers favor Dem AG candidates across the country

WASHINGTON, DC – This week officially marked less than 100 days to go until the midterm elections on November 3, and Democratic AG candidates across the country and well-positioned to win this cycle. Shared in a newly released memo from the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) detailing all the key races at play, “The environment is primed, the AGs are delivering, and DAGA has the resources to win as the organization comes out of another record-breaking quarter having raised $10.7 million across all entities in just the second quarter of 2026.”

The memo also provides updated polling data showing Democratic candidates within the margin of error or ahead in battleground states across the country.

Statement from Sean Rankin, DAGA President:

“Democratic AGs lead the legal fight against Trump’s unlawful agenda, defending fundamental rights, protecting critical funding, and standing up for families facing rising costs. Across the country, Democratic AGs and candidates have promising campaigns aimed at providing relief from the chaos in Washington. DAGA is committed to holding every Democratic AG seat while expanding the room and adding more states to create a strong coalition of fighters for democracy.

“With clear paths to victory in our target states, combined with our fundraising record this quarter, voters recognize the vital role that Democratic AGs play. Trump and his GOP AG allies will continue to bring the chaos—but we’re bringing the fight, and we’re going to win.”
