Washington, DC – Far-right Republican Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares does not have his priorities straight. Instead of working to protect families, kids, and vital federal grants and loans that are essential to the livelihood of millions of Virginians, he’s proving once again he’s incapable of putting Virginians first and keeping them safe.

Recently, MAGA Miyares joined other Republican attorneys general in demanding Costco end its DEI policies, ordered University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University to halt health care for transgender youth, and has remained astoundingly silent regarding the January 6th pardons of violent insurrectionists.
