WA AG Race Update: DAGA Applauds Washington AG Bob Ferguson on Decisive Re-Election Victory

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) released the following statement from Executive Director Sean Rankin congratulating Washington AG Bob Ferguson on a successful re-election tonight. AG Ferguson faced Republican AG nominee Matt Larkin in his bid for a third term as Washington’s Attorney General.

The results tonight reflect years of dedication to the people of Washington on issues that matter most: health care, gun safety, workers’ rights, the environment, and more. While these times are uncertain for millions, Washingtonians should feel assured tonight that they chose a fierce legal defender with a record of winning in the fight for their families and communities. As a chess grandmaster, he has made all the right moves in his election campaign and on the political landscape.”
