Statement from Massachusetts AG Maura Healey and Oregon AG Ellen Rosenblum, Co-Chairs of the Democratic Attorneys General Association:

“Congratulations to Becky Pringle on being selected President of the National Education Association. Becky stands with the Democratic AGs in the fight to keep children and classrooms safe from gun violence and we are proud to stand with her and teachers everywhere. Becky is a leading voice for our students, our educators, and our communities in our ongoing fight for quality public education, regardless of zip code or skin color. We look forward to working alongside Becky and the NEA to ensure students, teachers, and all who work in public education have the resources, facilities and equipment needed to safely go to school — and teach — not only during the COVID crisis, but well into the future.”
